Not only are we fully regulated by the FCA, but our in-house customer care team provide an end-to-end service. Any repair or replacement is issued from our own repairers, which is why you can trust us to deliver a reliable and efficient service.
No minimum contract
We always like to make things as easy as possible for our customers, which is why we make sure our insurance policies are flexible and if you need to, you can cancel at any time, subject to terms and conditions. We don't want to restrict you, which is why we'll never tie you down to 12 month or longer contracts.
14-day money back guarantee
We'll provide you with a full refund if you choose to cancel your policy within 14 days of the policy start-date, as long as you haven't made a claim. Our service includes a two-week grace period, so that you won't lose out should you decide to change your mind.
We provide unlimited claims
Unlike some other insurance providers in the market, we don't have a limit on the number of claims you can make. That's irrespective of what the cause was. So if your phone gets damaged twice in one year, you don't need to worry as we'll still have you covered.

This policy is underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA (IPA) which is fully owned by the AXA Partners Group.

For new policies and renewals after 1st February 2023

This insurance is arranged by AGS Pier GmbH, with a registered office at Hohe Bleichen 8, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. AGS Pier GmbH is a Registered Intermediary, an insurance agent with authorisation according to § 34 d para. 1 GewO (German Trade Regulation) with registration number: D-DWGU-041S5-44.

This policy is underwritten by Collinson Insurance Europe Limited, regulated and authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority, with a registration number C8997 and registered office at Third Floor, Development House, St. Anne Street, Floriana, FRN 9010, Malta.

Your policy is administered by AGS Pier GmbH (UK Branch).

We understand the inconvenience that being without a phone or tablet can cause, which is why we endeavour to have a replacement device in your hands within 48 hours of us approving your claim.

Once we've agreed your claim, we'll endeavour to replace your device with the same make, model and colour. We'll then send it to you as quickly as possible. If your device isn't manufactured anymore, we will provide the nearest comparable model.

As your policy is not a ‘replacement as new’ policy, all mobile phone or tablet replacements we send out may be brand new or refreshed devices, but they will all come with a 12-month warranty.

We ensure that the quality of refurbished devices is so high that you won’t be able to differentiate them from new ones. Please note that refreshed devices may hold some non-original parts.
