Oppo Reno Z is a premium smartphone with a low price tag. The design of the device is very similar to the one of Oppo Reno - stylish, big and thoughtful. The 6.4- inch AMOLED display is an impressive feature for a budget phone. The resolution of the screen won't let you down either - it is as good as you'll get from Samsung or Apple. The phone also offers good battery life, lasting a day with medium to heavy use.

Oppo Reno Z has two rear cameras - 48MP sensor and 5MP depth-sensing camera. It's hard to compare it with iPhone 11 Pro, Huawei P30 Pro or Samsung Note 10, but you'll still be able to take great pictures.

We understand the inconvenience that being without a phone or tablet can cause, which is why we endeavour to have a replacement device in your hands within 48 hours of us approving your claim.

Once we've agreed your claim, we'll endeavour to replace your device with the same make, model and colour. We'll then send it to you as quickly as possible. If your device isn't manufactured anymore, we will provide the nearest comparable model.
