The first thing which draws attention to HTC U11+ is its design. The phone features bezel-less display, the rear of the phone is coated in a mirror-finish, topped with glass. The rear of the phone also changes colour from grey to darker black in different lights.

The battery life on this device is quite good too - you can go day and a half without charging, if you don't use your phone excessively. One of the greatest things on this device is its camera. The 12MP rear camera has a dual-pixel phase detect autofocus, optical image stabilisation and dual-tone LED flash. The camera is able to pick up even the smallest details and can make great pictures when it's dark around.

We understand the inconvenience that being without a phone or tablet can cause, which is why we endeavour to have a replacement device in your hands within 48 hours of us approving your claim.

Once we've agreed your claim, we'll endeavour to replace your device with the same make, model and colour. We'll then send it to you as quickly as possible. If your device isn't manufactured anymore, we will provide the nearest comparable model.
